I recently reviewed this lovely cookbook, Sweet Debbie’s Organic Treats, by Debbie Adler who is the owner of the Sweet Debbie’s Organic Cupcakes bakery in Los Angeles, CA. Debbie focuses on clean treats that are gluten, egg, dairy, nut and sugar free. To sweeten her treats she uses stevia, coconut nectar and erythritol but don’t let that fool you, her treats can be enjoyed by anyone. After Debbie’s son was born with multiple food allergies, she dedicated her life to creating delectable treats that he and others, especially children, with food allergies, celiac disease and autism could enjoy. Her bakery has quickly become an LA favorite and one that many are talking about.

When I first opened up the book, I knew I just had to make this pinky print cookies. I decided to do blueberry instead of plum just because I am a HUGE blueberry fan. I was very pleased that the swap worked out great. While the texture of the cookies was a bit different than I am used too, a bit crumbly, the flavor was still very tasty.

In this book you will find everything from cookies, bars and cupcakes to bread and herbed rolls. Living with food allergies doesn’t have to be boring and Debbie shows you how to eat all your favorite things again in her colorful and fun cookbook.

So are you ready to win a copy of this book all for yourself?! Enter below…
